Expertise

Health Services Research

We design and implement methodologically rigorous research studies to evaluate healthcare systems and policies. We specialize in quantitative analysis, utilizing methods that ensure findings are scientifically valid, policy-relevant, and actionable, supporting policymakers in making informed decisions.

Data Analysis

We conduct data analysis to identify trends, differences, and predictors within large datasets, with specialized expertise in All-Payer Claims Databases (APCDs). Our skills include descriptive analysis, statistical comparisons, and regression modeling to generate actionable insights that support informed policy and program decisions.

Program Evaluation

We conduct rigorous evaluations to assess the effectiveness, efficiency, and impact of policies, programs, and services. Our expertise includes outcomes evaluations, which analyze both qualitative and quantitative effects of healthcare initiatives, and impact evaluations, which determine whether programs achieve their intended objectives. By conducting program evaluations , we help organizations measure success, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that policies and programs are evidence-based and outcome-driven.

Policy Evaluation

We take a comprehensive approach to health policy by first defining the problem and why it matters. We then assess available policy options within the legal and regulatory framework, including stakeholder perspectives and public perception. By evaluating existing policies, identifying gaps, and analyzing both successful and ineffective approaches, we develop evidence-based solutions. Our ultimate goal is to provide practical and actionable policy recommendations that drive meaningful impact.

Policy Advocacy

We develop strategies to elevate awareness of policy solutions by partnering with stakeholders, engaging with media, and prepare one-page policy briefs, infographics and other visual aids to facilitate conversations with decision-makers.
